Privacy

Your business context deserves care.

This policy explains what Opereq collects, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: June 20, 2026

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name and email address, the business context you submit through the Executive Intake, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Executive Briefs, maintain your account, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

AI processing

Business context submitted for brief generation may be processed by our AI service providers. We limit the information sent to what is needed to generate your brief and configure providers according to their available business data protections.

Storage and security

We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so users should avoid submitting information that is not necessary for the brief.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@opereq.com.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We may share limited information with vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, AI generation, payments, analytics, and support. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as Opereq evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a revised date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
