A clear agreement for using Opereq.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining account security, and activity performed through your account.

Opereq provides decision-support intelligence based on the information available in your workspace. Recommendations are not legal, financial, tax, medical, employment, compliance, cybersecurity, insurance, accounting, or professional advice. Final decisions remain with you and your qualified advisors.

AI-generated recommendations may contain errors or incomplete information. You agree to evaluate outputs against your own knowledge, current facts, and professional judgment before acting on them.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected portions, or use Opereq to violate another person's rights.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Opereq a limited right to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opereq disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

We may update the service or these terms and may suspend access for misuse or risk to the service. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
