Using Opereq
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining account security, and activity performed through your account.
Decision support, not professional advice
Opereq provides general business decision support. Executive Briefs are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, verification of important information, and consultation with qualified professionals where appropriate.

Executive Briefs may contain errors or incomplete recommendations. You agree to evaluate outputs against your own knowledge, current facts, and professional judgment before acting on them.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer protected portions, or use Opereq to violate another person's rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Opereq a limited right to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opereq disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms and may suspend access for misuse or risk to the service. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
